Notes:
1 Please note that in Arabic most nouns have masculine and feminine forms. So If we were to say 'A Polish shirt', noting that in Arabic the word shirt is masculine قميص, qamis, then we will have to use the masculine adjective of Polish as well بولندي, bolandi. So that the final result of 'a Polish shirt' would be قميص بولندي, qamis bolandi, and not بولندية, bolandeyah. This applies to the other country related adjectives below as well.2 Please note that in Arabic we usually flip adjective positions. The literal translation for this Arabic sentence is 'in English (American)'. This is because in Arabic, we have to put the noun first. So the adjective 'English' is the noun here, and 'American' is the adjective for that noun.
